Published: 2026‑08‑20 Chtop access We are pleased to announce that our company has been awarded four additional industrial‑design patents for turnstile‑gates. Building upon our long‑term R&D achievements, we now hold more than 100 patents together with dozens of authoritative certifications. Between December last year and August 2026, on top of our existing technical foundation, we have achieved a series of new R&D milestones and new‑product developments. These four latest design patents belong to this recent output, covering wing gates, swing barriers, tripod turnstiles and full‑height turnstile‑gates, expanding our range of original‑style access‑control hardware. All four appearances are fully designed by our in‑house engineering R&D team. Avoiding copy‑cat market styles, we optimized outer contours, cabinet structure and surface details. Each design balances modern visual appeal, site‑installation compatibility and long‑run mechanical durability, well‑suited for global projects including offices, smart parks, transit hubs and public facilities. Such original‑design capability strengthens our OEM and ODM custom‑order support. We can modify casings and surface finishes per client requirements, while retaining proven‑stable internal mechanical and electronic performance. These latest patents further enrich our intellectual‑property assets. Our full‑cycle operation covering R&D, component processing, assembly and strict QC guarantees reliable delivery for both standard units and custom‑built turnstile‑gate solutions. Overseas clients may contact us for renderings and specifications of these newly‑patented models. You are also welcome to tour our new Shenzhen factory to examine physical prototypes and hold in‑depth technical discussions.
View MorePublished: 2026‑08‑20 Chtop access The 25th IOTE International IoT Exhibition runs from Aug 26 to 28 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an). As one of China’s leading AIoT events, it gathers over 1000 exhibitors. Pedestrian access‑control turnstile‑gates occupy a key segment, displaying wing gates, swing barriers, tripod turnstiles and full‑height turnstile gates, drawing global buyers, system integrators and contractors. Access‑control component suppliers will also attend. Exhibits cover RFID cards, sensors, card readers, recognition cameras, main‑control boards and related spare‑parts, alongside smart‑building IoT solutions. Visitors can evaluate updated hardware modules, witness prototype demos and track industry trends for turnstile‑gate systems. Global projects keep raising standards for quality, certification, custom manufacturing and delivery lead‑time, well‑reflected on‑site. Due to our ongoing factory relocation and heavy existing‑order backlog, our team faces tight production‑delivery pressure. Therefore, we will not run a booth at IOTE 2026. We sincerely welcome international clients and partners visiting Shenzhen for this IoT show. Please book a tour of our new manufacturing site. Observe our full workflow: R&D, in‑house component processing, assembly, testing and strict QC. We are ready for face‑to‑face discussions about turnstile‑gate projects, custom specifications and bulk‑order possibilities. This three‑day event delivers valuable supply‑chain insights for professionals in smart‑building and access‑control sectors.
View MoreRelease Date: 19 August 2026 Chtop access With over a decade‑long footprint in the turnstile industry, our business started with basic product assembly before evolving through continuous technical refinement, quality optimisation and new‑product development. We have built an in‑house R&D department and secured more than 100 patents covering mechanical structures, control algorithms and field‑installation practicality. Our full‑stream in‑house capability spans component processing through to finished‑unit assembly. We support both OEM and ODM projects, alongside deep‑level customisation tailored to individual client requirements. Backed by reliable product performance and internationally‑recognised quality certifications, we have earned trust from customers worldwide. Over the years we have strengthened internal operations, building out a complete organisational framework with dedicated R&D and component‑manufacturing teams. Standardised assembly, testing and quality‑control workflows have been implemented, establishing us as a leading turnstile manufacturer with full‑chain production capacity. Growing global order volumes outgrew our previous premises, which no longer satisfied demands for research, production, testing and warehousing. To scale output and streamline manufacturing workflows, we have completed full relocation to a new facility, roughly double the size of our old site. Spacious production halls are now fully operational with all production hardware installed and running at normal pace. Visiting clients and partners often note a striking contrast: production lines operate smoothly, yet office areas remain under‑furnished. Walls are largely bare; corporate nameplates, brand logos, mission statements and office door signage have not yet been fitted. Complete cosmetic fit‑out for administrative zones is still pending. The full relocation was completed within approximately one week. Crucially, global order fulfilment never stopped during the transition. Our teams prioritised equipment installation, production‑line commissioning and order scheduling to safeguard delivery timelines. While factory setup and order manufacturing proceeded in parallel, cosmetic upgrades, office soft furnishings and branding signage were deferred. This explains why manufacturing is in full swing while office spaces still look unfinished. This unusual start at our new site mirrors our core corporate journey. We have always taken a pragmatic approach, prioritising R&D, manufacturing and quality assurance over superficial branding. Our transition from simple assembly to integrated in‑house development and production has been achieved through consistent, hands‑on effort. This practical mindset remains one of our most valued corporate strengths. The expanded premises unlock substantial new potential. We will scale R&D investment, refine manufacturing processes, broaden our product portfolio and boost overall delivery capacity. The facility enables us to handle larger‑volume export contracts and complex custom projects, delivering robust, high‑performance pedestrian turnstiles and associated support services for international clients. None of our steady progress over more than ten years would be possible without the ongoing trust, understanding and support from our global customer base. We thank every partner for their continued collaboration. From our new operational base, we will uphold strict quality standards, enhance our product range and refine customer service. We look forward to forging further successful partnerships together.
